- Full payment is required at the time of booking. We do not hold or reserve rooms without payment.
- Guests may cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable. However, we may offer the option to move your reservation to different dates that work better for you, based on availability.
- Please note: new dates may have different pricing, and guests are responsible for any price difference.
- We do not provide refunds for shortened stays, late arrivals, or early departures.
